    The topic was researched in a survey conducted by Aalto University’s Department of Industrial Economics and Habito Health, gathering responses from a total of 81 Finnish HR decision makers. The companies represented by the respondents employ a total of almost 200,000 people globally.

    The importance of wellbeing has been amplified during COVID, and the pandemic caused a permanent change in remote work and wellbeing practices. The change will also be reflected in the wellbeing promotion of the future: solutions, responsibilities, and more.
